Heart Month - February 2026

 





Heart Month takes place each February in order to raise awareness of the risks of cardiovascular disease and to encourage people to take action to reduce their risk of developing heart and circulatory diseases.

According to the charity Glaucoma UK there are over 700,000 people in the UK who have been diagnosed with glaucoma.  Glaucoma Awareness Month is aimed at raising awareness of the disease and its symptoms to bring an end to preventable glaucoma sight loss.
