importance of maintaining good mental health has been hitting the
headlines more and more over the past few years. Covid-19 hit many hard and with the cost of
living crisis adding additional pressures it is now even more important to
raise awareness of mental health issues and the treatments available.
Mental
Health Awareness week runs from 15th to 21st May 2023
with charities using the opportunity to highlight what help and support is
available.
