BMJ Best Practice subscription
Following trials in different trusts, we’re delighted to
confirm that HEE has agreed to add the Comorbidities Manager to the national
BMJ Best Practice subscription, initially for 18 months from October 2022 to
March 2024.
Comorbidities Manager is designed to inform treatment
decision making in scenarios where a patient is admitted with an acute
condition but also has one or more chronic conditions. Given the prevalence of
comorbidities and the importance of treating the whole patient, we think this
will be a valuable addition.
