March 2025
According to the charity, Ovarian Cancer
Action, approximately 7,500 women are diagnosed with ovarian cancer in the UK
each year, with only 3 in 10 women living beyond 10 years after diagnosis. In light of this, the charity launched
Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month, which takes place in March each year. The campaign aims to raise awareness of
ovarian cancer symptoms and statistics.
