Fortinet VPN upgrade at UHNM


Please be advised that from Monday 3rd June, our existing VPN software, FortiClient, will require an upgrade. This software is used to connect laptops to internal resources when working remotely.

The upgrade process takes approximately 5 minutes and requires a system restart. There is no fixed time for the update—it can be completed either in or out of the office, at your convenience.

If you experience issues with the VPN connection following the update, please restart your device, as this will re-establish the connection.
